The band Dobranotch was established in 1998 by a company of friends from St.Petersburg driven by wanderlust and love for fresh musical experiences. Dobranotch performs Jewish, Gypsy and Balkan traditional music, drawing on deep knowledge of traditions, rich experience in traveling and interacting with musicians from different countries. Musicians have performed on big stages, in tiny underground clubs and open air festivals but most often they choose to play right among the audience, as their predecessors did at weddings a hundred years ago.
